I am an advisor on sustainability impacts, solutions and policy, specialising in the energy and transport sectors. 

My work involves working with organisations and, increasingly, groups of organisations, to create the profound change in whole systems such as energy, food and finance, that we need to shift to a sustainable economy. Particular areas of work include bioenergy, rail, aviation, shipping and integrated travel. This work requires in-depth understanding and analysis of the full system impacts of business activities and projects, innovative thinking in developing GHG reduction proposals; teamworking, networking and engagement to bring organisations together, and project management.

I am also an expert on home decarbonisation, have my own net zero home, and run advice site netzerohome.uk.
